A Benefit for the Children of Oralingua School for the Hearing Impaired

On Saturday, May 31, 2008 from 8pm to 12 am Paloma and Friends Salon presents, SO WE CAN ALL HEAR THE MUSIC, a benefit for the children of Oralingua School for the Hearing Impaired. The event will be held at Sage Restaurant located at 6511 South Greenleaf Avenue, Uptown Whittier.  The event will feature news personality Ross King from KTLA 5 The CW as Master of Ceremonies, Latin Lounge sounds by CAVA and the 2008 Hear the Children Award presented to Manita de Gato (a makeover show on Telemundo Channel 22) for their work to raise public awareness for the options of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.  Pre-sale tickets can be purchased for $35 through Paloma and Friends Salon (562) 696-4799 or through Oralingua School for the Hearing Impaired (562) 945-8391. 

So we can all Hear the Music will include wine tasting provided by Vinatero Wine Shop, tapas provided by Sage Restaurant, a silent auction, and an evening of entertainment.  All proceeds directly benefit the children of  Oralingua School for the hearing impaired, were children who are deaf learn to listen, speak and hear the music.  Evening attire please.
