Noteworthy: The setter helped lead the Centurions to three victories and a berth in the Division II finals of the CIF Southern California Regional. Schoffstall showed her all-around skills in five-set victories against San Diego Section Division 1 champion Scripps Ranch and Carlsbad, Cypress coach Alex Griffiths said. Cypress plays at No. 1 seed Liberty of Bakersfield on Tuesday, Nov. 18, for a spot in its first state final.
