Gather this weekend with the Placentia community for a hometown celebration of heritage.

The 60th annual Heritage Festival on Oct. 11 will fill Tri-City Park with fun and games. But first, the city’s beloved parade will march down Kraemer Boulevard.

Marching bands from around the region, community groups, floats and more will march from Madison Avenue north to the park.

Then the festival kicks off with carnival games and a slew of inflatables for some family fun. There will be a car show, a shopping and community resource area, live entertainment, a beer and wine garden and more.

Public parking for the festival will be available at Tuffree Middle School and a shuttle will circulate from Valencia High with a few stops in between, see the map online.
