Westminster hosts its fourth annual Fall Festival over the weekend, celebrating community with a carnival, entertainment and all the fun stuff.
The four-day event at the Westminster Civic Center kicked off with a cultural night, including ballet folkloric performances by local students, and also featured an Embrace Aging Expo on Saturday and a Dreamers Market on Sunday.
Throughout the weekend bands performed and there was plenty to eat.
