Name: Summer Wilson

School: Irvine

Sport: Cross country

Year: Senior

Noteworthy: Wilson captured the Division II title at the CIF State Championships by setting girls meet and course records with a time of 16 minutes and 20 seconds at Woodward Park in Fresno. The Duke signee broke the course record of 16:24.2 set by Sadie Engelhardt of Ventura at the Clovis Invitational last season. Wilson set the 3-mile national record for high school girls at the CIF-SS championships on Nov. 22.
