Orange County water polo player spotlight
Name: Luke Weichert
School: Sage Hill
Grade: Senior
Noteworthy: Weichert scored six goals and added two assists to lead the Lightning to a 14-12 win at Yucaipa in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 1 playoffs. It was Sage Hill’s first Division 1 victory in program history. Weichert, a left-handed attacker, is committed to UC Irvine.
